The Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest CD may either be used by a single person who uses the CD personally on one or more CD players, or on a CD player used by multiple people, but not both. Except to the extent expressly licensed herein, all rights are reserved to Liquid Mirror Enterprises and its suppliers. You may not burn, clone, copy, "rip" or otherwise digitize Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest in any way, the only exception being the creation of a single backup disc to be used only by the licensee according to the terms of this agreement. All copies of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest, digital or otherwise, are covered under the terms of this agreement. In all cases, Liquid Mirror Enterprises retains ownership of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. Your purchasing of a license does not in any way indicate ownership of the work. Liquid Mirror Enterprises reserves the right to print and distribute Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest at any time and to license the product to other licensees. Liquid Mirror Enterprises reserves the right to change this License Agreement at any time. If such changes are made, Liquid Mirror Enterprises will notify all licensees of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest via their registered email address.

You are hereby granted, upon purchase, non-exclusive rights to use Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest for personal self-hypnosis, one-on-one therapy sessions, stage hypnosis, or commercial recording purposes. You are licensed to make unlimited recordings using Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, providing that Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest is not the centerpiece or entirety of the work. You may not use Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest to create works which compete with Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. You may not sell, lease, rent, or sub-license any portion of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest to other parties. Works created using Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest must be accompanied by the following notice:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid Mirror Enterprises expressly disclaims any warranty for Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest and any related materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest remains with you. Liquid Mirror Enterprises' entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at Liquid Mirror Enterprises’ option, shall be the cost of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest or its replacement with another copy of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Liquid Mirror Enterprises or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this, or any product by Liquid Mirror Enterprises, even if Liquid Mirror Enterprises has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
