Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest Unlimited Use License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by an officer of Transform Destiny, your use of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest is protected by federal copyright law and international treaty.

Unlimited Use License

The Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest audio may either be used by a single person who uses the audio personally on one or more media players, or on a media player used by multiple people, but not both. Except to the extent expressly licensed herein, all rights are reserved to Transform Destiny and its suppliers. You may not burn, clone, copy, "rip" or otherwise digitize Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest in any way, the only exception being the creation of a single backup disc to be used only by the licensee according to the terms of this agreement. All copies of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest, digital or otherwise, are covered under the terms of this agreement. In all cases, Transform Destiny retains ownership of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. Your purchasing of a license does not in any way indicate ownership of the work. Transform Destiny reserves the right to print and distribute Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest at any time and to license the product to other licensees. Transform Destiny reserves the right to change this License Agreement at any time. If such changes are made, Transform Destiny will notify all licensees of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest via their registered email address.

You are hereby granted, upon purchase, non-exclusive rights to use Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest for personal self-hypnosis, one-on-one therapy sessions, stage hypnosis, or commercial recording purposes. You are licensed to make unlimited recordings using Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, providing that Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest is not the centerpiece or entirety of the work. You may not use Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest to create works which compete with Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. You may not sell, lease, rent, or sub-license any portion of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest to other parties.

Works created using Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest must be accompanied by the following notice:

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Remedies

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transform Destiny expressly disclaims any warranty for Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest and any related materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest remains with you. Transform Destiny's entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at Transform Destiny's option, shall be the cost of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest or its replacement with another copy of Hypnotic TranceScapes Volume I - Mystical Forest. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Transform Destiny or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this, or any product by Transform Destiny, even if Transform Destiny has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
